Memebox # 57 For Dry and Sensitive Skin PSA

I posted about this over at reddit but I'll also do it here for anyone who might be out there googling this. This is a PSA about the Pedison Nutritive Infusion Cream.

Memebox describes as a body cream and tells you to apply anywhere you need moisture on your body like your legs/arms/back. But it turns out that this is actually a face cream!

I was translating the ingredients and decided to the instructions as well. I'm terrible at hangul and it was kinda hard to read each letter so sorry for any mistakes.

[사용법] 매일 아침, 저녁 세안 후 크림 단계에서 적당량을 덜어 얼굴, 목 부위에 골고루 펴 발리춥니다.

Google translate gave me this: [Usage] every morning and evening after cleansing the appropriate amount in step face cream, evenly spread Bali and lowers the neck.

When I read the romanization I understood it a bit better. My translation of google's translation: [How to Use] Every day and night after cleansing, apply the appropriate amount of face cream on your face, neck, and décolletage.

Anyway, just thought I would share for anyone else who bought that box. I was confused by why a body cream would be so small (120 ml) but then I thought maybe it was just a really fancy (read: expensive) one. Turns out it's even better! I'm actually excited to incorporate this into my routine and it makes me appreciate the box even more!

Missha All Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF 45 / PA +++

This is a review of Missha's All Around Safe Block Essence Sun SPF 45/PA+++. I'm beginning to think the whole long name thing is just common amongst Missha products. I guess I never noticed until now. Anywho, click to read more!

Etude House Haul

What an ordeal this has been. I've learned two things during this order process – 1) I'm not a patient person and 2) there is no such thing as too many sheet masks. Click to find out more!

Tonymoly Aqua Aura Water Bomb Sleeping Pack

Missha Super Aqua Oxygen Micro Visible Deep Cleanser

Today I'm reviewing a cleanser that kinda blew up in popularity pretty recently. It's the Missha Super Aqua Oxygen Micro Visible Deep Cleanser – longest product name ever! There's quite a few reviews out there already but I figured I'd share mine for an alternate perspective.

The Face Shop Rice Ceramide Moisture Cream

Long time no see! I'm back to blogging because winter = renewed interest in skincare. I live in a really cold part of Canada and my poor skin is already feeling the effects of the cold weather. That same cold weather was what motivated me to pick up this cream! Onwards to the review!

Su:m37 Miracle Rose Cleansing Stick

It's finally here! And of course I used it right away. It was really weird using a stick cleanser (I kept hitting my face with it) but the results were worth it. My skin felt so much more hydrated than it usually does after cleansing. I didn't realize how much my old cleansers were drying me out until I used this cleansing stick. It doesn't smell too strongly - it reminds me of how babies smell. I'll do an in-depth review after I've used it for awhile. I went and ordered another one right after using it because I'm worried I won't be able to get my hands on one after. That's how in love I am right now.

Check out the goods below!

So pretty.

Korean Skincare/Cosmetics Haul

I went a little crazy shopping over the past few weeks after my skin started freaking out due to my old routine. Here's all the goodies I bought (except I'm still waiting on my Sum:37 Miracle Rose Cleansing Stick). Some of the stuff was ordered from various ebay sellers (the visapure and the sulwhasoo/whoo stuff), while the mask sheets and the makeup stuff was from honestskin. All the samples I received were from the seller who sold me the sulwhasoo/whoo stuff. I received no samples from honestskin but I also didn't expect any (due to other reviews).

Hydro-Gel Masks

I want to take a minute and talk about a new favourite beauty product of mine - hydro-gel masks! I find them to be waaaaay nicer than the ubiquitous paper/cotton sheet masks. I find that they adhere to the face far better than paper masks and are easier to fit on my face (these come in two parts). These masks also stay moist for a lot longer than regular masks do and apparently hydro-gel is best for blocking the evaporation of whatever serum its soaked in.

These are the cheapest hydro-gel masks that I could find around - The Face Shop Vita B/C/E which come in at a whopping $2 each. It's the most I've ever paid for a face mask - yeah... I know I'm a cheapo when it comes to sheet masks because overall I don't find that sheet masks really do too much except make me feel fancy. I will probably use these as an occasional break from the innisfree / etude house masks that I horde.

The Vita line of masks from The Face Shop are for those who find other hydro-gel masks to be too expensive (me!!). Vita E is a "resilient and nourishing hydro-gel mask that contains cranberry extracts". Vita B is a "hydrating and revitalizing hydro-gel mask that makes skin look more lively". I don't have a picture of Vita C because it was the first one I used but it contained blood orange extract and was supposed to have a clarifying effect.

The Face Shop has recently rolled out stores all over Canada so it's super easy to pop into one and stock up on these. It works out to be a bit cheaper that way than it is to order them from a website (and no waiting).

My Korean Skincare Routine

So I thought today I would share my complete korean skincare collection as it is right now. I'm in the process of overhauling my routine and I will be getting rid of a lot of these products so I thought I would share what I was using for the past 6 months. I plan on doing some in-depth reviews on many of these products so be sure to check back soon. Leave a comment on what you'd like me to review first!
